What is the EIP Customer Package?

This is our signature service we offer to make your experience with A Alonso even more luxurious. If you'd like to have your piece custom-tailored, add on this package for £185 at the time of checkout or once you receive your order.

 

What’s included:

  • Complimentary shipping

  • A 30-minute virtual fitting appointment with us to assess your garment’s fit

  • Convenient at-home pickup for adjustments to save you a trip to the Post Office

  • Expedited tailoring (7-10 days)

  • 2 hours of seamstress time to make key readjustments (i.e., bust, silhouette, hips, length)

  • 24/7 support in English, Spanish, Lithuanian, French or Portuguese

  • Option for a customised design if you don’t see something you love on our site

 

Can I order a design in a different colour? 

Because we put so much care into fabric selection and garment design, we only offer the colourways shown. With that said, we release six new designs every month, so if you don’t see the perfect colour on our site today, it might be there tomorrow.

 

How often do you have new designs?

We drop a collection of six new designs every month so you always have a variety of stylish options to choose from.

 

How long will it take to tailor my garment?

Just 7-10 working days. Standard tailors will take weeks or months, but we make it a point to get you your new design as quickly as possible. 

 

How are your garments made?

We start by selecting fabrics from Italy and Portugal that inspire us. Then, our founder Ana Alonso designs the new collection in London. She delivers the designs to her UK-based seamstresses, who then bring her sketches to life.

 

How is A Alonso sustainable? 

First off, we produce our inventory in small batches to reduce waste. We also have a localised supply chain with all material sourcing and construction taking place in Europe. Plus, we have built relationships with our seamstresses and only use natural materials in our designs. To sum it up, we care for people and our planet and make a conscious effort to consider both when making every business decision.

Can I return my garment?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t want you to keep or pay for anything you’re not in love with. Return your unworn garment within 5 working days to exchange it or receive a full refund. Return shipping is complimentary. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page to learn more. 

 

What if it doesn’t fit perfectly?

You’re welcome to add on our EIP Customer Package for custom-tailoring. See “What is the EIP Customer Package?” above.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is complimentary for first-time and EIP customers. All other customers within the UK can expect our standard shipping fee. 

 

When will my garment ship?

Within 24 hours of purchase. 

 

When can I expect my order after it has shipped?

2-3 working days. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Because we offer such personalised tailoring and customer service, we only ship to customers in the UK. However, we have plans to expand in the near future. 

 

How do you accept payment?

Via credit card, debit card or PayPal.
