We will look into the size enquiry from you and we will pack, solve and return the item to you within suitable time. Al from the comfort of your home and within your personal agenda. 


You can trace your return using the tracking number from your return label on the DPD site. Please allow for two weeks for processing from when we receive your return. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.


We are available online, we want to ensure that no customer misses a bit of our most up to date offer.

To return an item to A. Alonso, please:

  1. Indicate which items you are returning and the reason why, on  return invoice included in your order.

  2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a shipping envelope or box (ideally the original delivery box).

  3. Attach the prepaid return label included with your order to the box, and drop off at any post office.

  4. If you purchased 'in home experience' the item pick up will be organised by us from the comfort of your home.

  5. The tracking number on your return label will allow you to track your return back to our returns partner in the UK.

  6. Please allow 2 weeks from when your return an item, to delivered to the UK and refund processed.  

  7. Returns are generally processed between 5-8 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

2. Exchange or Return for a Refund:

The products can be returned within 15 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible, please make sure that.

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
