TRACKING MY RETURN:

You can trace your return using the tracking number from your return label on the DPD site. Please allow for two weeks for processing from when we receive your return. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

HOW TO SEND IN, RETURN & REFUNDS:

To return an item to A. Alonso, please:

Indicate which items you are returning and the reason why, on return invoice included in your order.
Pack your item(s) and invoice into a shipping envelope or box (ideally the original delivery box).
Attach the prepaid return label included with your order to the box, and drop off at any post office.
If you purchased 'in home experience' the item pick up will be organised by us from the comfort of your home.
The tracking number on your return label will allow you to track your return back to our returns partner in the UK.
Please allow 2 weeks from when your return an item, to delivered to the UK and refund processed.
Returns are generally processed between 5-8 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

The products can be returned within 15 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
