Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping to all first-time and EIP customers.
All other customers within the UK will be charged our standard XX shipping fee.
Once shipped (within 24 hours), your order will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We will happily accept returns and exchanges initiated within 5 days of when you received your order. Please note that the garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed and damage-free.
How to Initiate a Return

Indicate which garment(s) you’d like to return and why on the return invoice included in your order.

Pack your garment(s) and invoice into a shipping envelope or box (original packaging preferred).

Attach the prepaid return label included with your order to the box, and drop it off at any Post Office. (If you are an EIP customer, simply contact us and we’ll arrange to have the package picked up from your home.)

Track your return via DPD with the tracking number found on your return label.
Return notes: Please allow 1 week from receipt for us to process your refund and return. Look out for an email from us confirming your return has been processed.
